Returnable Items: You may return items within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to, personalized products, digital downloads, and items marked as final sale.

2. How to Request a Refund

Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at econinfotec@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over Rs.500, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Processing Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed.

Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 1 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The refund amount will include the cost of the item and, if applicable, the original shipping charges.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at econinfotec@gmail.com within 1 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us at econinfotec@gmail.com within 1 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product or issue a refund.

5. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process to request a refund.
